Default Ice Powers (Level 0)
Frost-Blooded
A step down from cold-blooded. You can survive in sub-zero temperatures, but take damage to heat. Fire attacks also do more damage on you.
Freeze
You can freeze liquids, this includes flowing water and water-based powers.
