Lightning Rod
A power that allows the user to collect electricity from storms or other power sources, and magic used with said electricity is often more precise and leaves a lasting static feeling on the opponent.
Shockwave
Using this covers all land within a five to six meter radius of the user in electricity, and any living thing within that radius is electrocuted, including plant life. It's hard to use and only lasts for a few seconds, but more powerful magic users can hold it for a long time.
